REFUND POLICY

Custom-made, personalized, or final sale items are not eligible for return.

3. REFUNDS
Once we receive your return, we will notify you regarding approval. Approved refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

5. EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
